OUR STORY
Leading the Industry With Integrity and Purpose
OMNI was founded in 1985 with a single purpose: to manufacture the conduit American infrastructure depends on and to do it right. In late 1988, we acquired a manufacturing facility in Louisiana and began producing HDPE and PVC conduit alongside our proprietary Multi-Duct system, engineered specifically for housing fiber-optic cable.
From that point on, OMNI conduit products have been made under our own roof, ensuring they always meet our standards for quality and delivery.
Over 40 years later, we still manufacture all of our product lines in the same Louisiana facility. Our customers include long-distance carriers, independent telecom operators, cable TV companies, internet providers, utility contractors, state DOTs, and the engineers and contractors who put our products to work in America’s biggest industries.
In 2025, OMNI entered a new ownership era, allowing us to continue into our fifth decade with the same integrity that built this company and an extensive product line to fulfill ongoing and upcoming infrastructure growth.

Cameron leads OMNI into its fifth decade and the next era of American infrastructure investment. With experience across manufacturing operations and customer-driven growth, Cameron sets the strategic direction for OMNI while keeping the same hands-on approach to customer relationships that has defined the company since 1985.

Chief Financial Officer
Ryan oversees the financial strategy behind OMNI's growth, from capital planning to the investments that keep manufacturing running at full capacity. His work gives OMNI the financial footing to expand confidently, decade after decade.
BRUCE MADER
SALES MANAGER
Bruce leads OMNI’s product team with technical expertise in HDPE and PVC conduit manufacturing, as well as in our proprietary multi-duct and micro-duct systems. When engineers need a configuration no one else has built, Bruce is the person they turn to.
GISELLE BECKER
SALES MANAGER
Giselle leads OMNI’s project-side sales work with experience in DOT corridor projects, federally funded infrastructure, and the bid dynamics that shape public construction procurement. When customers need to navigate an approved-equal submittal or a complex spec, Giselle is one of their first calls.

Stephanie leads OMNI’s national sales effort and the relationships with our manufacturer’s rep network. When customers call, Stephanie is often the first person they speak with. She’s the reason so many of our accounts have stayed with us for decades.

Roger keeps OMNI's manufacturing floor running day in and day out, overseeing the people and processes behind every foot of conduit that leaves the facility. When production needs to move, Roger is the one making sure it does.
