OMNI® is proud to offer Micro-Com®, Direct Bury Micro-Duct Bundles. Tight and protected, Micro-Com® micro-ducts are a great option for the installation of fiber. Micro-duct diameters range from 4mm to 27mm. The bundled micro-duct can be fitted with multiple configurations in terms of size and quantity of the micro-duct tubes. For example, the slot cut has become a popular construction method and flat bundled micro-ducts are an excellent configuration for this type of construction.
Micro-Com® micro-ducts are manufactured using virgin HDPE resin and are contained within a protective outer sheath, which is also manufactured from prime virgin resin. The bundled micro-duct is created primarily for direct bury applications. Bundled micro-duct can also be ordered with copper tracer wire. The OMNI® standard colors are shown below on the following page. However, custom color combinations are available.
All Micro-Com® micro-ducts can be fitted with a lubricated lining, which reduces the coefficient of friction, and are available with either a smooth or ribbed interior.

The Micro-Com® micro-ducts are manufactured using virgin resin and are contained within a protective outer sheath that is made from virgin MDPE resin. The Micro-Com® micro-duct bundle is used for direct-bury applications and is a great system where space is limited. When space is really an issue, the slot cut method using a flat Micro-Com® micro-duct configuration has become a popular solution.

All Micro-Com® micro-ducts come standard with OMNI®’s permanent co-extruded lubricated lining system, OMNI-Glide Amethyst™, and are available with either a smooth or ribbed interior.
